This Old Man...

With his next touchdown pass, Brett Favre will hit #421 and surpass Dan Marino on the all time passing TD list. He has also resurrected his Green Bay Packers this season and led them to a 3-0 record in an NFC North that's up for the taking. Now I gotta be honest with you, for the past two years, I've been waiting, alright hoping that Brett Farve would retire so the Packers could move on and rebuild around Cal phenom Aaron Rogers. But after seeing how Favre wears his heart on his sleeve and how he has led his team of nobodies to the top of the NFC, I've decided to take my foot outta my mouth. In a league congested with modern day athletes, you almost forget that there are some athletes play the way it's supposed to be played, "to win the game," (ala Herm Edwards). With that said, move over all you Lambeau bumpkins, I'm jumpin' on the wagon! This might be Brett's final year and what better way to end it than a cha...ssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't jinx it.
