Purdue turns up the bass... OK, no puns this time, no funny titles, the Irish lost this week against the Purdue Boilermakers, home of Neil Armstrong, Amelia Earhart and of course touchdown vulture Mike Alstott. I've never seen a team fall from grace so quickly. I almost feel bad for the Irish and their fans, almost... A season that was filled with so promise is now a winless season. Hey, look at the bright side, at least they finally passed for a touchdown. At this point, the Irish need to accomplish 2 goals to salvage their season: 1) win a game, and 2) upset the #1 ranked Trojans.
