Steeler Lands in Infirmary WARD

Pittsburgh Steeler wr Hines Ward has a sprained knee and is considered doubtful for Sunday's game. Ward was injured after his moron qb hung him out to dry in the midddle of the field with a pass that soared to high. Ward was nailed on 2 consective plays be the Niner defense. But don't count this guy out, he's only missed 3 games in 10 seasons and is considered one of the league's toughest guys. Don't let the interview where he cried 2 years ago fool you (after Jerome Bettis announced that he was going to retire). This guys wears his heart on his sleeve and is one of the most consistent receivers in the game. With a game at Arizona against the Cardinals, the Steelers are already looking like Superbowl contenders and can afford to rest Ward in this game. For all the fantasy geeks out there (myself included), Santonio Holmes stock is on the rise and can be very valuable if Ward rests this weekend.
