Hurdy Gurdy Man

Now it's time for our weekly Donovan McNabb update. You might have heard that recently during an HBO interview, McNabb claimed that black quarterbacks are under more scrutiny than their white counterparts. Claiming that even if he has a great game, people will talk about the things he didn't do and what more he could do. He also went on to say that Peyton Manning and Carson Palmer don't have to deal with the criticism the poor Donovan has to. Well last time I checked Manning and Palmer were much better quarterbacks than you are Donovan. But that's not even the issue. McNabb is trying to defer attention away from his sorry play as of late and as usual just being the cry baby he always is. Have you spoken with Rex Grossman lately Donovan? Grossman gets skewered in the press on a daily basis, and he's as vanilla as they come. How about up until last season when the knock on Payton Manning was that he couldn't win the big game. How about Eli Manning getting ripped on a daily basis. The fact of the matter is, McNabb just bitches and moans about everything and I'm so tired of his act. You play in Philadelphia remember? That's a passionate sports town. If you play well, they love you. If you play like Joey Harrington, then you're going to hear about it. Suck it up and take your paycheck along with your lumps. You're a grown man, stop whining and play ball.
